PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven blower preventing accumulation of carbon powder from a carbon brush in a frame. SOLUTION: The frame 7 storing a part of a motor 2 inside is provided with an exhaust port 41 exhausting evacuation wind outside with rotation of a centrifugal fan disposed on an upper end side of a rotation axis 11 of the motor 2, and with notches 44 through which evacuation wind W passes near the exhaust port 41 and on a downstream side of evacuation wind W with respect to the carbon brush 51. Carbon powder from the carbon brush 51 is exhausted from the exhaust port 41 by evacuation wind W through the notches 44 and 44, and carbon powder is prevented from being accumulated in the frame 7.
