PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mahjong pinball machine that predicts two more tiles needed for a win and displays the results of the prediction to a player if a current hand (13-tiles) is one tile short of a ready-hand just after a tile is discarded. SOLUTION: When a ready-hand determining means determines that the current hand is one tile (first tile) short of the ready-hand just after a tile is discarded, the pinball machine determines a discarded tile to let the hand be in a ready-hand condition. Subsequently, based on the hand from which the pattern of the discarded tile to bring about the ready-hand condition is removed as a temporary discarded tile, a pattern of a tile (second tile) to be drawn that will bring about the win when it is drawn and a winning combination to win a round by the pattern to be drawn are predicted. If the winning combination predicted by the machine is determined to be the one by which a player can win a special game combination of the game, the machine displays a performance showing possibility of the winning of the special game combination.
