PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet post-processing device capable of preventing sheet jam inside a stacking tray by preventing back feeding of a sheet bundle stacked on the stacking tray, and an image forming device. SOLUTION: The sheet post-processing device is provided with the stacking tray for stacking paper sheets to which image formation is applied; a staple paper delivery roller (guide roller) 11 for guiding paper sheets to the stacking tray; a jogger fence (alignment member) 53 for aligning paper sheets stacked on the stacking tray; a side stitching stapler (stitching processing part) S1 for applying stitching processing to the aligned paper sheets; and an ejection claw (ejection means) 52a for pushing up a paper sheet bundle to which stitching processing is applied to the paper delivery direction and ejecting the paper sheet bundle from the stacking tray. The staple paper delivery roller 11 is arranged in the position opposite to the stacking tray. When the paper sheet bundle guided to the stacking tray is ejected from the stacking tray, the staple paper delivery roller 11 is driven in the direction reverse to the rotating direction at the time of guiding of paper sheets to the stacking tray.
