PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the mounting gap between a mounting member and a member to be mounted. SOLUTION: This clip 30 comprises a clip body part 31 so formed as to be fitted into a mounting hole 11 of a base support member 10, an engagement recess 35 formed in the clip body part 31 and allowed to fit onto a mounting boss part 21 of a mirror base 20, and a locking leg part 38 formed on both sides of the clip body part 31 and engaged with the mounting hole 11 of the base support member 10. Both side wall parts 32, 33 of the clip body part 31 are so formed as to approach or abut on the front and rear inner surfaces of the mounting hole 11. The deformations of the both side wall parts 32, 33 in the facing direction are restrained by the mounting boss part 21 engaged with the inside of the engagement recess 35.
