PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly secure bearing pressure of a rolling contact surface where intermediate rollers contact with an output shaft and an outer ring, while improving durability of a speed increasing gear, by avoiding interference such as vibration between a plurality of mutual intermediate rollers, in the speed increasing gear. SOLUTION: In this speed increasing gear 20, a collar part 12B provided by the output shaft 12 on both sides of a driven side cylindrical surface 12A regulates a position in the axial direction of the output shaft 12 by sandwiching both end surfaces of only one intermediate roller 31 and forms a clearance G between both end surfaces of the other intermediate rollers 32 and 33.
