PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water pressure control device which is mounted to a flushing valve device for a flush toilet bowl of an existing diaphragm valve type in place of a push-button type manual valve, and to provide a flushing valve unit for the flush toilet bowl. SOLUTION: The water pressure control device has a tip a base, and an internal space, and has a solenoid valve connected to the bottom thereof. The tip is provided with an O ring and fitted to an outflow port communication channel to seal a water flow from a pressure holding communication channel to the outflow port communication channel. Then the space has a control chamber formed therein and partitioned by a channel forming section and a solenoid valve water sealing section. The base has a screw formed at the side surface thereof which is screwable to a main body, and an inflow channel formed therein so as to communicate from the pressure holding communication channel to the control chamber. Further the channel forming section has an outflow channel formed therein so as to communicate from the control chamber to the outflow port communication channel, and the tip of the outflow channel is formed as a pilot valve seat and arranged so as to be opposed to a pilot valve front end face on the same axial line as that of a solenoid valve armature, to thereby control water pressure in the pressure holding communication channel.
