PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of a base with a lock hole, which can prevent a cylinder cap from denting a door surface, which can prevent a peripheral edge of the base with the lock hole from being lifted from the door surface so as to make a gap, and which can prevent a noise from being generated by the movement of the cylinder cap. SOLUTION: This mounting structure of the base with the lock hole comprises: a cylinder lock 15 which is mounted in the state of protruding from the door surface 11a, and the outer periphery of which has a circular shape; the cylinder cap in which a pedestal portion abutting on the door surface 11a is continuously provided at the base end of a cylinder supporting tube for being externally fitted to the cylinder lock 15, and in which an abutting seat portion parallel to the door surface 11a is formed on the pedestal portion; a cushion seat which is provided on the abutting seat portion of the cylinder cap and composed of an elastic material; and the base 25 with the lock hole, which covers the cylinder cap, which exposes the cylinder lock 15 by inserting the cylinder lock 15 through the through-hole, which is fixed to the door surface 11a, and which has an abutting wall abutting on the abutting seat portion via the cushion seat so as to press the cylinder cap against the door surface 11a.
