PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic rubber composition having excellent heat resistance, mechanical properties and low-temperature characteristics. SOLUTION: The acrylic rubber composition comprises (A) an acrylic rubber and (B) a polyorganosiloxane compound. Furthermore, (B) the polyorganosiloxane compound has a structure composed of an R<SB>2</SB>SiO<SB>2/2</SB>unit (wherein, Rs represent each an organic group bindable to Si; and the plurality of Rs may each be same or different) and an R'SiO<SB>3/2</SB>unit (wherein, R' represents a 1-4C alkyl group or a 6-24C aromatic group). The amount of the R<SB>2</SB>SiO<SB>2/2</SB>unit is 70-0 wt.% and the amount of the R'SiO<SB>3/2</SB>unit is 30-100 wt.%. The polyorganosiloxane compound is synthesized into a particle form having 0.01-5μm volume-average particle diameter in an aqueous system using an emulsifying agent. A molded product composed of the acrylic rubber composition can suitably be used as automotive parts, electrical/electronic parts, etc. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
