A sash platform is provided to prevent the expanded interior finish of a balcony from being damaged by leaking water by installing between a balcony handrail and a balcony sash frame and preventing the entry of water into an apartment house through a gap between a sash frame and a balcony opening of an apartment house. A sash platform includes a horizontal plane(a) formed at the top abutting on a sash frame and provided with downward convex irregularities(9) having leaking water guide holes(5) to let water flow in the sash platform and flow out to the outside through many drainage holes(6) formed on the bottom of the sash platform, an incline(b) formed to be high toward the inside of an apartment house and low toward the outside of an apartment house to let water flow out to the outside and not to make water leak out to the inside of an apartment house. |
