<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient and low-cost reflective photoelectric conversion device using a crystal semiconductor particle in order to reduce the amount of a semiconductor used. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device comprises a conductive substrate; a plurality of crystal semiconductor particles being arranged on the conductive substrate in such a manner that they are spaced from each other, and having a first conductive crystal semiconductor formed in the shape of a particle, and a second conductive semiconductor layer formed on the front surface of the first conductive crystal semiconductor; an insulating layer arranged on the conductive substrate; a translucent conductive layer arranged on the insulating layer; and a reflective light-focusing body which is arranged on the translucent conductive layer, and which is for focusing light to each of the crystal semiconductor particles by reflecting light.
