PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly specify part of the whole length of signal lines forming a shaft core when a resin-made shaft core for covering and gathering the signal lines and used in a hinge mechanism is injection-molded in a mold, by in used in a hinge mechanism is formed in a mold by injection molding, and correctly arrange the part of the signal lines forming the shaft core in the mold. SOLUTION: When in a part of the whole length of a fine line coaxial cable 7, the resin shaft core 5b surrounding the part is formed in the mold by injection molding, a shaft member forming method includes a process in which two washers 5b are set on both sides of the part for forming the shaft core of the fine line coaxial cable 7, respectively, and a process in which the material of the resin is injected between the two washers 5a in the mold.
