PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult for a user to discriminatingly receive electric mail to urgently be read and other mail and it is difficult to selectively receive and read mail delivered, especially, by mail delivery service and also provide a chance to receive and read selectively unreceived mail. SOLUTION: Reception setting information wherein information on mail which desires to be received by an information communication terminal is generated in advance and transmitted to an electronic mail server. The electronic mail server selectively transmits electronic mail addressed to the information communication terminal to the information communication terminal by referring to the reception setting information, and transfers electronic mail which is not transmitted to a web server a certain time later.
