摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform high accurately recording and reproducing operation for an optical disk. SOLUTION: A radial disk skew coefficient (k) indicating relationship between angular velocity data ASD and a tilt actuator control signal TC has been precalculated for each double speed mode of an optical disk 2 and for each disk radial position (r) of an optical pickup 4, the radial disk skew coefficient (k) corresponding to the disk radial position (r) of the optical pickup 4 and the double speed mode is selected and multiplied by the angular velocity data ASD, then, a disk skew estimated value DSE is calculated and tilt actuator control data TCD is generated. Thereby, an objective lens 4A can be tilt-controlled by a three-axis actuator 5 in accordance with radial disk skew generated in the optical disk 2 by gyroscopic effect, recording or reproducing of information from which influence of radial disk skew is excluded can be performed.
