PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turntable capable of achieving stable disk clamping irrespective of magnitude of sticking shift, and a disk device. SOLUTION: Roughly U-shaped slits 23 are formed at equal intervals along a side face 31 to form a second alignment pawl 20 of a cantilever beam shape. The second alignment paul 20 includes a second elastic part 21 to be elastically deformed, and a second claw part 22 formed in the tip of the second elastic part to abut on the inner peripheral edge of a disk center hole, and elastically deformed in a direction toward the center axis of a roughly cylindrical member 30.
