PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a possibility of breaking off of an antitheft plate caused by flexure of a shaft part because mechanical strength is weak against external force to be added to the shaft part of the antitheft plate from outside, relating to an antitheft structure of a vending machine. SOLUTION: The vending machine which establishes antitheft security is provided, in which the antitheft plate 9 cannot be easily broken off because a regulation member 12 bites, thereby the flexure is regulated even though being pushed into inside of a warehouse by providing the regulation member 12 near the shaft part 9a of the antitheft plate 9 of the vending machine.
