PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoconductor that has small variation in electrostatic characteristics of the photoconductor and minimum generation of abnormal images in repetitive use of an image forming apparatus or changes in an environment where the image forming apparatus is placed, and to provide an image forming apparatus and a full-color image forming apparatus that can always stably output images, and a process cartridge with high convenience of handling by using the above electrophotographic photoconductor. SOLUTION: The electrophotographic photoconductor has at least an under layer and a photosensitive layer on a conductive support, characterized in that the under layer comprises a layered structure of a charge blocking layer and a moire preventing layer and that the photosensitive layer contains an electron transport agent comprising a naphthalene tetracarboxylic acid diimide compound expressed by formula (1).
