PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper supply device, a paper bundle printer and a paper bundle print system, capable of easily separating paper off a paper bundle. SOLUTION: This paper supply device has a placing stage 30 setting the paper bundle H formed by layering a large number of paper separably adhered at a base end part in a set position 48, a paper supply means 22 separating and supplying one by one from the uppermost paper H1 of the set paper bundle H, and a stage moving means 24 moving the placing stage 30 up to an end position 75 getting large in separation angle from the set position 48 so as to make large the separation angle formed by the set paper bundle H and the separated paper H.
