PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording device capable of reliably suppressing deposit of scattered recording medium on an ink discharging face. SOLUTION: A conveying device 13 for conveying a paper sheet P comprises an endless intermediate belt 17a, a guide plate 18, and an endless conveying belt 8. A flat face facing an ink discharging surface 2a of an inkjet head 1 on an outer circumferential surface of the conveying belt 8 and including a conveying path of the paper sheet P forms a recording area A. A deposit removing roller 20 having an adhesive outer circumferential surface is arranged to be in contact with a printing surface of the paper sheet P conveyed by the intermediate belt 17a. In this condition, a removing area B facing the deposit removing roller 20 on an outer circumferential surface of the intermediate belt 17a is located below a plane including a recording area A in the conveying belt 8, and within the plane of the conveying belt 8 when viewed in the vertical direction.
