PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle state quantity presumption device capable of exactly determining roll rigidity distribution of a vehicle without requiring any of a vehicle speed sensor, a steering angle sensor and an expensive yaw rate sensor. SOLUTION: At traveling of the vehicle, ground-contact loads Fzfl, Fzfr, Fzrl, Fzrr of the respective wheels Wfl, Wfr, Wrl, Wrr are firstly presumed by a ground-contact presumption part 1A of an electronic control device 1 based on detection signals of relative displacement Zfl, Zfr, Zrl, Zrr from respective vehicle height sensors Hfl, Hfr, Hrl, Hrr corresponding to the respective wheels Wfl, Wfr, Wrl, Wrr. Further, front/rear acceleration Gx, left/right acceleration Gy and roll rigidity distribution Rsf of the vehicle are presumed from movement in a vehicle left/right direction and movement in a vehicle longitudinal direction of the presumed ground-contact loads Fzfl, Fzfr, Fzrl, Fzrr by the vehicle state quantity presumption part 1B.
