PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a person other than a subject to instantaneously respond to the occurrence of emergency by notifying the occurrence of the emergency caused by bioinformation of the subject to the person other than the subject. SOLUTION: A bioinformation abnormality determination part 33 refers to an abnormal range of the bioinformation specific to a subject 2 prestored in a setting value storage part 36 and determines whether the measured pulse value or systolic/diastolic blood pressure values fall under the abnormal range or not. When determining that the value falls thereunder, the determination part 33 discriminates the applicable abnormal range and transmits the bioinformation measurement value and a suspected disease as the abnormality notification to a preset abnormality notification contact address (a receiver).
