PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To release an engagement even if a tensile force in a direction other than an axial direction is applied to a male member and a female member connecting a neck strap. SOLUTION: The male member 10 is provided with a semispherical projection 15 on a tongue-shaped projecting piece 13 formed into a U shape. On the other hand, the female member 11 is provided with a locking hole 17 in which the projection 15 of the projecting piece 13 is fitted, in a fitting hole 16 for fitting the projecting piece 13 of the male member 1. When a force in the direction other than the axial direction is applied to the both members 10 and 11 connected by fitting the projecting piece 13 in the fitting hole 16, the male member 10 is rotated and detached. Because the tip of the projecting piece 13 of the male member 10 has the U shape, it is prevented from abutting on the inner wall of the fitting hole 16. When the projecting piece 13 starts to rotate, the semispherical projection 15 of the projecting piece 13 is detached from the locking hole of the fitting hole 16 so as to release the engagement, even if the tensile force in the direction other than the axial direction is applied thereto.
