Disclosed is a polycarbonate resin film which has an average thickness of 10 to 150 µm and has an unevenness in thickness of 2% or lower. In the film, the phase difference R(589) as measured in the film plane at a wavelength of 589 nm is 12 nm or less and the phase difference Rth(589) as measured in the thickness-wise direction at a wavelength of 589 nm is 35 nm or less. The film can be used for optical applications.
