<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact flat antenna for covering an 800 MHz band to a 2,000 MHz band. <P>SOLUTION: A first element 11 and a second element 12 are formed on one surface of an insulating substrate 10. The first element 11 and the second element 12 are respectively configured of loop elements 11a and 12a and T type elements 11b and 12a formed in the loop elements; and those loop elements 11a and 12a respectively have a taper part extended from the power feeding point.
