<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support enhancing appropriateness of a management content for reducing a risk of a business activity. <P>SOLUTION: If an RCM (risk control matrix) from a user terminal apparatus 2 is received by a communication interface 24 of a document data check apparatus 1, a document data check section 15 reads a message for users related with adaptation representation which is in agreement with each word of the RCM or a representation in each clause, in adaptation representation on a single cell rule database 13 memorized by a memory device 12. A message creating section 17 creates a balloon for display information containing the read message.
