PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof construction of a cabinet for housing an electric/electronic equipment comprising a double door which provides a better waterproof effect than before with a simple structure. SOLUTION: A first door end is bent in V shape toward the inside of a cabinet body. A recess is molded along the V shape, at the upper/lower draining part around the front opening of the cabinet body. A packing 11 that abuts with the V shape is attached to the recess molding. Packings 12 and 13 that abut with the drainage 5 are provided on the inside surfaces of the first door 1 and a second door 2.
