PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically organize images according to a viewpoint desired by a user without requiring a complicated operation in classifying a plurality of images. SOLUTION: A feature quantity acquisition part 52 acquires two or more kinds of feature quantities from each of a plurality of sample images selected from a plurality of images, used for samples of the images classified into a plurality of groups. A classification feature quantity determination part 53 determines, among the two or more kinds of feature quantities for each of the plurality of sample images, a feature quantity widely differed from the feature quantities of other sample images as a classification feature quantity. An image classification part 54 classifies the plurality of images into a plurality of groups corresponding to the respective sample images based on the classification feature quantity and the feature quantities corresponding to the classification feature quantity for each of the plurality of images.
