PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless residential fire alarm that prevents an alarm output from the same type of wireless residential fire alarm mounted in neighboring dwelling units within a propagation range when outputting a fire signal to another wireless residential fire alarm constituting a system upon detecting a fire factor. SOLUTION: The wireless residential fire alarm comprises: a detection means 12 for detecting a fire factor such as smoke or heat; an alarm means 18 for outputting an alarm when the fire factor is detected; a storage part 15 for storing a system identification code for the wireless system; a radio signal transmission part 11B for transmitting as a radio signal a fire signal including the system identification code stored in the storage part 15 when the fire factor is detected; a radio signal reception part 11A for receiving a radio signal; and a control part 10 for triggering the alarm means 18 to output an alarm if the received radio signal includes the system identification code stored in the storage part 15 and the fire signal.
