PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steam type beauty treatment device which supplies steam and minute metallic fine particles to a skin of a human body to obtain antibacterial effects of skin cells in addition to a moisture retaining action for the skin. SOLUTION: The steam type beauty treatment device A is equipped with at least a pair of electrodes 13 in a steam pathway 7 provided between a steam generating part and a steam discharging port. Furthermore, a metallic fine particles generating means 32 is provided to release the minute metallic fine particles M from the electrodes 13 by an electrical discharge by applying a voltage between the electrodes 13.
