PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for characterizing polysaccharides. SOLUTION: The method for determining the relativity between the first and the second glycoproteins includes a step for providing the first fingerprint of the first glycoprotein, a step for providing the second fingerprint of the second glycoprotein, and the like. The first fingerprint includes at least the binding informations corresponding to the first saccharide-binding information and the second saccharide-binding factor as the first glycoprotein. The second fingerprint includes at least the binding informations corresponding to the first saccharide-binding factor and the second saccharide-binding factor as the second glycoprotein.
