PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrangement method of reinforcement by which structural reinforcing bars can be easily assembled and arranged to be lattice-like on a concrete placement surface without providing a setup reinforcing bar, and the period and cost of construction can be reduced. SOLUTION: The arrangement method of the reinforcement, in which the structural reinforcing bars 8 including vertical bars 8b and horizontal bars 8a are assembled and arranged vertically and horizontally to be lattice-like on the concrete placement surface 2 of an RC or PC structure, includes; a process for parallel arranging a plurality of air tubes 10, which is blown up to be larger than the thickness of cover concrete, on the placement surface at appropriate intervals; a process for parallel placing a number of horizontal bars at predetermined pitch intervals in a manner of extending on the air tubes; a process for parallel arranging a number of vertical bars at predetermined pitch intervals on the horizontal bars to extend across the horizontal bars, and for joining the vertical bars and the horizontal bars to be lattice-like; a process for placing spacers for securing the thickness of the cover concrete at appropriate positions immediately under the horizontal bars; and a process for removing the air tubes after placing the spacers, deflating the air tubes and placing the structural reinforcing bars on the spacers.
