PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LCD which allows more free designing of an operation panel or the like, and also to provide an information processor provided with the compact operation panel or the like. SOLUTION: The LCD comprises: an LCD module; a light guide plate for guiding light to a display region of the LCD module; and a backlight case for holding the light guide plate, provided with one or more LED attaching holes (through-holes in the figure) each of which can store an LED therein and has a one side opening part facing a wiring region of the LCD module.
