PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device capable of efficiently heating fluid. SOLUTION: This heating device comprises a hollow case 3, first and second ports 4, 5 disposed on one end portion 3a of the case 3, a coiled sheath heater 6 extending between one end portion 3a and the other end portion 3b of the case 3 inside of the case 3, and a pipe 7 disposed inside of the case 3 in a state of being inserted into the sheath heater 6. One end portion 7a of the pipe 7 is connected to the first port 4, and the other end portion 7b of the pipe 7 communicates with the second port 5 through the inside of the case 3 opened at the other end portion 3b of the case 3. Accordingly, the fluid flowing to the inside of the case 3 from one of the ports 4, 5 is reciprocated inside and outside of the pipe 7 (pipe inner flow channel 11 and pipe outer flow channel 12) inside of the case 3, and the fluid can be heated by the sheath heater 6 in the going way and the returning way.
