SILICONE RUBBER COMPOSITION, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, THERMOSETTING SILICONE RUBBER COMPOSITION AND RUBBER SEALING PART FOR AUTOMOBILE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting rubber composition enabling easy demolding of a molded silicone rubber article in molding and easy deburring and giving a molded silicone rubber article having excellent fuel oil resistance, a silicone rubber composition for the thermosetting composition, a method for producing the composition and a rubber sealing part for automobile having excellent fuel oil resistance. SOLUTION: The silicone rubber composition is obtained by heating and mixing (A-1) a diorganopolysiloxane having≥2 Si-bonded alkenyl groups wherein at least 48 mol% of the Si-bonded group is a fluoroalkyl group, (A-2) a diorganopolysiloxane having≥2 Si-bonded alkenyl groups and free from Si-bonded halogen-substituted organic group, (B) fumed silica surface-hydrophobicized with a cyclic dimethylsiloxane oligomer and (C) a silanol-containing organosiloxane oligomer or an organosilane. The invention further provides a method for producing the composition, a thermosetting silicone rubber composition composed of the silicone rubber composition and (D) a curing catalyst, and a rubber sealing part for automobile composed of cured material of the silicone rubber composition.
