The device control system has a process section (101) to detect whether a first information-processing device (11) receives data from a high-speed circular channel. A second section (102) is provided if the mobile device (1) is in an OFF-state. The first information processing device (11) is provided in the A-state, and the first information processing device designates data by the high-speed circular channel receiving end, under the condition that the first section (101) recognizes that the first information processing device (11) receives data from the high-speed circular channel.
