The plant comprising at least one mill or sifter (2), with a working part rotating in a working chamber, has an externally sealed enclosure (10) which is common to all plant components and which has no rotary transmission leadthroughs, wherein the rotating working part is supported and driven by means of a magnetic bearing spindle drive. The plant provides connections for inhibiting, cleaning and sterilizing media.
