摘要 <p>The production of a micro-array (100) useful for e.g. gene expression profiling, comprises preparing a substrate (110) with a surface, which is immobilized with a functional group (150), which is protected by an acid-sensitive protective group and is capable of linkage with an oligomer probe (165), mounting a photo acid generator on the substrate, placing a pattern-forming imprint plate on the substrate, exposing the reaction zones to light, and applying a nucleotide phosphoramidite monomer on the substrate, so that the monomer links with the released functional group. The production of a micro-array (100) useful for e.g. gene expression profiling, comprises preparing a substrate (110) with a surface, which is immobilized with a functional group (150), which is protected by an acid-sensitive protective group and is capable of linkage with an oligomer probe (165), mounting a photo acid generator on the substrate, placing a pattern-forming imprint plate, which has a convex region and concave regions surrounding the convex region on the substrate, so that the convex region is contacted with an upper surface of the substrate or is adjacent to the same to define reaction zones by the upper surface of the substrate and/or the convex region and the concave regions of the imprint plate, exposing the reaction zones to light, so that an acid is produced in the exposed reaction zone by the photo acid generator and the functional group is set free in the exposed reaction zone by the acid, and applying a nucleotide phosphoramidite monomer on the substrate, so that the monomer links with the released functional group. The imprint plate has a light- transmitting and a light-shielding region. The exposure of the reaction zone is carried out as a photo mask. At the substrate, cell probe active regions (120) are formed and are separated by a cell probe separation region (130), the functional group is immobilized at the cell probe active regions, and the reaction zones are defined in a one-to-one correlation to the cell probe active regions. The cell probe substrate has a binder (140), which binds itself by the functional group at the cell probe active regions. A surface of the substrate is directly released in the cell probe separation region and has a surface of a film, which blocks the oligomer probe linkage and is formed on the upper surface of the substrate, or a surface of a filler, which is defined and filled in a region between the cell probe active regions and has the characteristics that prevent the linkage of the oligomer probe or the surface of the film.</p>
