A manual window blind with an automatic retraction function and a vehicle door having the same are provided to save manufacturing cost by not using an electric motor. A vehicle door(1) comprises a body(2) having an upper body edge(3) horizontally extended for an operating position, at least one window glass(14), guide devices(15,16) provided on the body, an electric window lifter(32) combined to a lower edge(17) of the window glass and moving up/down the window glass on the guide devices, a winding shaft(22) rotationally mounted on a lower part of the upper body edge of the body, a blind sheet(24) connected to the winding shaft and a pulling bar(25) for enabling the blind sheet to be manually operated, a spring motor(23) combined to the winding shaft to move the winding shaft to a direction for winding the blind sheet on the winding shaft, at least one support rod(27) connected to the pulling bar, a braking mechanism(28) for the support rod, and a coupling mechanism(31) arranged between the lower edge of the window glass and the support rod.
