<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl washing device which can suppress electric power consumption even if a target object is detected by a Doppler sensor. <P>SOLUTION: The urinal washing device A comprises a bowl, a microwave Doppler sensor 7 detecting the target object around the bowl, and a control part 8 controlling a water supply valve according to a sensor output Sig3 of the microwave Doppler sensor 7.
