PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag for packaging, which is a storing bag allowing visual confirmation of an article stored from a transparent window part, and has an adhesive part structure not causing separation between an opaque substrate sheet and a transparent substrate sheet and has an enhanced appearance. SOLUTION: In the bag for packaging, the opaque substrate sheet (22) consisting of a plurality of opaque substrate sheet parts (22a) mutually separated and arranged and the whole face of the inner face of which is coated with an adhesive (24), and a transparent substrate sheet (23) which is laminated and stuck on the whole face on the inner face side of a plurality of the opaque substrate sheet parts (22a) by utilizing the adhesive, and forms the transparent window part (23a) consisting of the transparent substrate sheet between a plurality of the opaque substrate sheet parts, are provided, and formed into a bag shape as a whole.
