摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure which can be made compact, has improved accuracy, a low CI value and improved strength of a support part supporting a vibration part, relating to the resonator shape of a Lame-mode quartz crystal resonator. SOLUTION: The Lame-mode quartz crystal resonator comprises the crystal substrate of LQ2T cut in which an electrode is provided on a rectangular piezoelectric board principal plane comprising the vibration part, the support part and a connection part and which generates the vibration form of contour vibrations to be shrunk in a short direction when extended in the longitudinal direction of the rectangular shape and to be shrunk in the longitudinal direction when extended in the short direction of the rectangular shape with four corner parts of the piezoelectric board as nodes in the case of applying charges, wherein by making an angle formed with an R surface as small as possible by changing a support part direction and increasing a cross sectional area when broken like a fault, the strength of the support part is improved.
