PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of integrated circuit design work by suppressing errors in selecting mounting objects in arranging and adjusting cells in integrated circuit design. SOLUTION: An integrated circuit design support program, an integrated circuit design support device and an integrated circuit design support method design implementation by determining the identity and similarity of logical groups selected by specifying a range from a logical page, to classify the logical groups, creating an implementation pattern corresponding to each logical group beforehand, and arranging the implementation pattern corresponding to one logical group selected out of the classified logical groups, on an implementation diagram. When the additionally arranged implementation pattern overlaps with the already arranged implementation pattern in a region, the mounting pattern is dynamically deformed.
