SYSTEM FOR FABRICATING LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY AND METHOD OF FABRICATING LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for fabricating a liquid crystal display using a liquid crystal drop method, and to provide a method for fabricating a liquid crystal display using the system. SOLUTION: The system for fabricating the liquid crystal display includes: a liquid crystal forming line of dropping a liquid crystal onto a first substrate; a sealant forming line of dropping a sealant onto a second substrate; and a bonding and curing line of bonding the first and second substrates and curing the sealant; and an inspection process line of cutting the bonded and cured first and second substrates into each panel unit and grinding and inspecting the panel unit. The method includes steps of: dropping a liquid crystal using a dispenser onto the first substrate; forming a main UV-curing sealant on the second substrate; bonding the first and second substrates in vacuum; curing the main UV-curing sealant with UV rays; cutting the bonded substrates into cell units; and grinding the cut substrates; and finally inspecting the ground substrates.
