PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of taking labor and time for formation of a flood prevention gate wall, the problem of including many assembly members and processes, and the problem of being a large scale and too expensive for economical use by ordinary people in a conventional flood prevention gate wall constituting apparatus for preventing the flood damage of vehicles, factory products, buildings, building sites in a case of an emergency when damage is caused by heavy rain, flood or the like. SOLUTION: The inexpensive self-standing support apparatus of the flood prevention sheet wall enables a helically wound sheet support 1 with a simple structure to be a frame and allows the self-standing of the flood prevention sheet wall comprising a flexible waterproof sheet material 5 to be made rapidly and securely and is economically used by the ordinary people.
