PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder mounting structure which facilitates exchange work of a cylinder lock, and to provide a vending machine using the same. SOLUTION: According to the cylinder lock mounting structure, a cylinder lock mounting plate 63 on which the cylinder lock 60 is exchangeably mounted, is formed with an insertion hole 63d, a mounting piece 63b, and an insertion hole opening/closing plate 63e. The insertion hole 63d allows a screw 66 and the tip of a tool such as a driver, to be inserted therein from outside. The mounting piece 63b can fasten the cylinder lock mounting plate 63 to a predetermined location when screwed to the screw 66 inserted therein via the insertion hole 63d. The insertion hole opening/closing plate 63e is connected to the cylinder lock 60 and closes the insertion hole 63d from inside in a locking state while opens the insertion hole 63d in an unlocking state. Thus by unlocking the cylinder lock 60 and inserting the tool such as the driver via the insertion hole 63d to detach the screw 66, the cylinder mounting plate 63 is detachable without detaching a column unit 40, and therefore the exchange work of the cylinder lock 60 is easily carried out.
