PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-water floating funeral institution which can be isolated from a residence area, constructed in a place close to urban areas, easily ensure a large lot, and execute all of a funeral, cremation, and burial. SOLUTION: In a large-sized floating structure 2 constructed by coupling a plurality of hollow box-shaped floating elements 2a and floating on the water, a funeral hall, a crematory, a cemetery, and a charnel are provided.
