PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular air-conditioning control device for realizing comfortable warmth and coolness by estimating the behavior of an occupant related to the occupant's feeling of warmth/coolness based on a change of temperature distribution inside a cabin and controlling air-conditioning based on the estimated behavior. SOLUTION: This vehicular air-conditioning control device 100 comprises an infrared sensor 110 for detecting temperature distribution inside the cabin, an occupant temperature detecting unit 121 for detecting the surface temperature of the occupant based on the temperature distribution inside the cabin, and a control section 122 for controlling an air conditioner 200 for conditioning air by supplying conditioned air into the cabin based on the temperature inside the cabin obtained from the temperature distribution inside the cabin and the surface temperature of the occupant. The control section 122 changes supplying condition of the conditioned air to be supplied into the cabin by the air conditioner 200 based on a change of the temperature distribution with the lapse of time in a predetermined range among the temperature distribution inside the cabin.
