PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently give an incentive to visit a game hall to a member registered in the game hall. SOLUTION: A member management server which receives a member ID from an inter-stand machine raises a flag corresponding to the received member ID at the point of time of receiving the member ID from the inter-stand machine, monitors the present time on the basis of a clock provided inside and waits for the arrival of the mail distribution time stipulated in a mail distribution table. Then, when the mail distribution time comes, the member management server specifies the member ID for which the flag is raised at the point of time as the member ID of a member present inside the game hall and retrieves the mail address of a member portable terminal corresponding to the member ID from member mail addresses stored in member information.
