PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tomograph in which the rotation balance of a gantry rotation part can be adjusted in a wide range and simply controllable. SOLUTION: The X-ray tomograph 100 is equipped with a rotation part 130 with an X-ray tube 102 and an X-ray detector 104 to detect an X-ray from the X-ray tube 102, at least two mass bodies M1, M2 placed in the rotation part 130 and movable in the circumferential direction, a drive part 72 to move the at least two mass bodies M1, M2, a sensor S to measure the vibration of the rotation part 130, and a control part 137 to control the drive part 72 to move the mass bodies M1, M2 based on the output of the sensor S.
