PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate member of a sink with a draining function by simple constitution. SOLUTION: The plate member 20 can be arranged so as to be disposed between end edges facing each other of the sink provided in a counter. An upper surface 20a is formed in a flat shape, and a lower surface 20c has a recessed part 20d inclined from one side to the other side and provided with an open end on the other side. When the upper surface 20a is directed upward and arranged so as to be disposed between the end edges facing each other of the sink, the upper surface 20a is made to be flush with a counter surface around the sink and covers a part of the sink. When the lower surface 20c is directed upward and mounted on the counter surface so that the open end of the recessed part 20d is positioned inside the sink, water inside the recessed part 20d flows toward the open end and flows into the sink from the open end.
