A method and a device for providing an order service for enabling a customer to input a code with a mobile terminal are provided to enable a customer to make an order conveniently without using a dedicated ordering terminal by providing goods information to the customer mobile terminal, and making the customer easily and quickly select the goods information in the customer mobile terminal. An order service server(200) provides a seller with a management function for providing the order service, and receives the order service, such as a goods order, order confirmation, and a call, requested from the customer. The customer makes the order with the customer mobile terminal(100) by connecting to the order service server through various communication services such as the Internet, an SMS(Short Message Service), and an ARS(Automatic Response Service). The service server requests a payment service by transmitting payment details and customer information to a payment approval server(400), enables the seller to provide the ordered service to the customer by transmitting ordered service information to a seller terminal(300), and provides an order confirmation service to the customer by receiving an order processing state from the seller terminal. |
